• What is ShopNow?

  ShopNow offers a direct & fast time-to-market eCommerce solution for companies wanting to operate in China and worldwide. By empowering eCommerce businesses with innovative Mobile User Experience and Design solutions, ShopNow focuses on the mobile eCommerce and offers integration with China's top social network - WeChat.

• How much does ShopNow cost?

  ShopNow involves a one-time setup fee and an annual hosting fee. Our setup fee includes conceptualization, UX design and overall site configuration. Our hosting fee is calculated based on the functions selected and also includes a system maintenance fee.

• What does customization mean?

  When there is a request for additional functions that are not available within our ShopNow modules, customization is needed.

• How can I redirect my own company domain?

  Our IT support team will assist with the connection of your domain to our ShopNow server.

• How can I join ShopNow if I already have my own server?

  Web stores powered by ShopNow are operated with many functioning modules that are dependent on our ShopNow central server. Each web store must be connected to our ShopNow server to run properly.

• Will ShopNow provide assistance with any documentation procedures, such as the Internet Content Provider (ICP) application and WeChat registration?

  Yes.

• How can I setup a WeChat Store if my company is based out of China and I am not planning on applying for the ICP application?

  You could choose to authorize ShopNow to assist you with the application of your China ICP.

• How can I market my eCommerce platform?

  1) Using WeChat's PPC functionality to build awareness
  2) Using WeChat's content marketing strategy to maximize your ROI
  3) Using ShopNow's Service Partners to provide digital marketing assistance

• Can I customize my eCommerce platform?

  ShopNow provides the flexibility for customization. We always stay on top of the latest eCommerce trends to stay ahead of the competition and maintain our high standards.

• How do I manage any cross-border payment issues?

  ShopNow will collaborate with third party payment platforms to solve any cross-border payment issues.

• How are operational updates handled after I start using ShopNow?

  If an update on the function of a module is applicable to all platform users, it will be regarded as a general system upgrade. For example, if there is a new connection requirement from Alipay (China's largest payment platform) on our online payment module, our software engineers will follow up and update the entire system seamlessly.
  Otherwise, if the update is only applicable to a specific client due to a specific business arrangement, an extra SLA will be required.

• Do you provide any customer service and support for ShopNow?

  Yes, our customer service team fully supports your eCommerce business. Additionally, our online service desk is available daily.

• How secure is my data on ShopNow?

  We take the protection of your data extremely seriously. ShopNow strictly follows internationally accepted best practices concerning the collection, retention and use of your personal information and of your clients' information.
